Law Enforcement Suspend Hunt for Young Boy Disappeared in Australia's Outback
Australia's law enforcement have called off the operation for a young boy who has been disappeared in the outback for almost several weeks, after renewed attempts failed to find any traces of the child.

The young boy was last seen playing near his home on a secluded sheep station close to Yunta, about 300km from Adelaide, on 27 September.
His family member stepped away for about half an hour before checking on him, only to find the youngster missing, initiating one of the largest ground and aerial operations in South Australian records.
Latest Status
Law enforcement - who do not think there was criminal activity - say they will carry on investigating, but that the case has become a "recovery operation".
Earlier, officials briefly scaled back the operation, only to recommence it on this week alongside 80 military personnel.
"Commissioner the commissioner said police were looking a broader area based on revised analyses from medical and rescue specialists, rather than any new information."
Operation Difficulties
On recently, authorities confirmed that the latest search had not found any signs of the boy.
"The fact that Gus is a small child, the landscape is very rough, harsh and subject to changing elements has made the operation difficult and more challenging for those engaged," officials said in a statement.
About 470 square kilometers - an region roughly twice the area of a major city - has now been searched, and a specialized taskforce established earlier this week is projected to continue looking into. Authorities have not ruled out more missions of the area in the time ahead.

Gus, who has been characterized as an curious but shy boy, was spotted wearing a gray cap, pale gray long pants, boots and a navy long-sleeve T-shirt showing a golden Minion figure.
